Postnatal yoga is all about closing the body after birth. Your body, your mind, your whole life has changed! Your days and nights are different and your family is looking for a new balance. This can be a beautiful and at times challenging experience. Postnatal yoga is a welcome practice to readjust and take time out for yourself.
I love to combine postnatal breathing and yoga for moms with baby massage as it opens up to a new perspective on togetherness with your baby.
Even though you feel tired after a sleepless night, in each postnatal yoga class you will learn tools to renew your energy and cope with motherhood.
