Hello, are you sometimes or always waking up feeling unrested, heavy head and dreading to get out of bed? Do you wish somebody is there you can lean on, smiles at you and gets you through the first hour setting the tone of your day with incredible energy? Yes? That’s exactly what I aim for in the morning when I wake up: jump out of bed into my exercise clothes, roll out the mat in the garden and be ready to meet you with a smile, breathing and exercising according to the exercises of teacher Dinah, 95 years young. Welcome to jump in! Just give it a try, depression will fade away!
This class is open to women of all ages, from menarche to wise women age, EXcluding pregnant mamas but including postpartum mamas.

WHAT TO BRING
A (yoga) mat, easy clothes, 2 glasses of warm water with lemon juice or lemon essential oil, yoga block/small pillow to elevate the pelvis.

200 THB/ for 1 class or 900 THB/5 classes valid 1 month.

Once you sign up, you will be added to the WhatsApp group Hormone Yoga Therapy. Documents are shared there. The Google Meet ID is sent to you after payment.

Krist’l D’haene is a Belgian holistic midwife/doula, biodynamic craniosacral and massage therapist, yoga and Ayurveda practitioner/educator and mom of a young man born in Bangkok in 2002. Based in South East Asia since 1996 and currently in Bangkok, her passion is supporting women and men with a conscious approach to food, lifestyle, movement and wellbeing.
