Private classes: dates can be anytime upon agreement.

Q: Can I do a private class? Sure! Anytime, just call me to arrange a date.
Q: How long does the class lasts? The 7classes are about 1:30 hours each, total about 10 hours for 7 classes. The 2 prenatal partner worshops are 3 hours each.
Q: How many classes would I need? Ideally you take all 7 classes. However, you can take 1 class or 3 classes in package.
Q: What do I wear? Easy clothing to sit on a mat and do some exercises.
